One of the universities that offer a foreign exchange student program is McNeese State in Louisiana. When all the requirements are complied with, including foreign exchange student insurance, an international exchange student will have the opportunity to study at the university.
Exchange programs like these offer both the students and university a more enriching learning experience. Both parties benefit from the different cultures that are shared through these foreign students, while the students benefit by getting the best education that they can have through the university.
According to McNeese State, there are more than 350 foreign students enrolled in the University in the fall of 2011. According to the University’s statistics, most of these foreign students come from the country Nepal.
This does not mean though that the university accepts mostly students coming from that country. As long as a foreign student has an approved foreign exchange student insurance policy and complies with all of the other requirements, he will have a very high chance of being accepted in the University’s programs.

There is no doubt that the United States is one of the countries that has the most number of international students. In whatever parts of the country these students may be studying, an international student insurance policy is always part of the requirements.
According to Yahoo, three great places for international students to visit in the country are the Mesa Verde Cliff Dwellings in Colorado, Glacier National Park of Montana and Biscayne National Park in South Florida. The main attraction of these destinations, aside from beautiful scenery, would be that these places might eventually disappear forever.
Foreign students who are learning about their specific fields should make it a point to visit great destinations that are not found in their home country. By visiting great destinations, students widen their horizons, their education, and maybe their outlook in life.
Of course, visiting places and learning about different destinations would be even more of a joy to experience if students did not have to worry about unforeseen emergencies. This is why international student insurance is important, so that in case of any emergency, the student will have something to draw from when it comes to paying for emergency expenses.
